What we offer

Three services, each suited to a different kind of need

Some travellers need a coherent route through several cities. Others want a well-organised outdoor outing without the strain of planning every logistical thread. Others simply want to read deeply about one place before they arrive. We've built a service for each of those situations.

All three are delivered as written documents — digital files you can save, print, or keep on your phone. None of them require an account, an app, or a subscription. They're yours to use as you see fit.

What's included

Questions

A few things people often ask

How long does preparation take?
It depends on the service and the complexity of the trip. A straightforward itinerary for a 7-day trip typically takes 3–5 working days after the initial exchange is complete. Adventure curation and destination research packages may take a little longer. We'll give you a realistic timeframe once we understand the scope.
Can I request a service for a destination outside Japan?
Our strongest coverage is Japan, but we've documented certain other destinations in Asia and have field notes for parts of South Korea and Taiwan. Write to us with your destination and we'll be honest about whether our knowledge is current enough to be useful.
Do you handle bookings or reservations?
No. We prepare planning and research documents — we don't book flights, accommodation, or tours on your behalf. The document will include suggestions and cost ranges that help you make your own bookings, but the transaction is always between you and the service provider directly.
What if my plans change after I receive the document?
Minor adjustments can usually be handled within the included follow-up exchange. Significant changes to dates or destinations — where the document would need to be substantially reworked — would be treated as a new engagement, and we'd discuss the scope and any additional fee before proceeding.
How do I pay?
We'll discuss payment arrangements during the initial exchange. We accept bank transfers and can accommodate international payments. We'll confirm the process once we've agreed on the service scope.
